Victory conditions for the Brotherhood is to conquer OKB Zero (where Skull Face is commanding from) and also conquer the Serak Power Plant (where Sahelanthrepous) is located. Should the attack fail however, XOF must go on the offensive and succeed in striking all the way back to the airport and destroying the brotherhood presence there. Ground rules: First and foremost, this is an initial attack by the Brotherhood against the XOF, who have managed to resettle in and ready their defences. Clearly, they were a threat, and had to be removed. Their helicopters, tanks, walkers, and soldiers sending shivers down the spine of every resident of the wasteland. It didn't take long for the Brotherhood to learn of the existence of a new army on the other side of the Commonwealth. Near where Sanctuary Hills once was, the Afghanistan region from OKB Zero down to the Serak Power Plant was forcibly morphed into existence, a confused army of strike force operatives and parasite super soldiers going with it. Background: Soon after Skull Face and his men had unleashed the vocal chord parasite on OKB Zero and wiped out the soviets, the region itself was ripped through time and space and flung into the Fallout-verse.
